OUR PROCESS

One of a Kind

Our collection offers a refined array of colors, patterns, and materials, each handpicked to meet the highest standards of elegance and aesthetics.

We travel across India’s legendary fabric hubs to source exquisite textiles, each one chosen for its story, texture, and timeless appeal.

In Bangalore, Manjula, a local craftswoman, hand-cuts the fabric with precision. Manjunath, an expert tailor, transforms these pieces into elegant scarves.

The scarves are then carefully hand-washed, air-dried, and finished with steaming or ironing, ensuring they arrive to you in their most beautiful form.

About Our Leather
205 (2).jpg
From Raw Silk to Masterpieces

Our pure silk scarves are handcrafted from scratch. Beginning with plain white silk sourced from local vendors in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, this collection is a tribute to India's age-old textile artistry.

The silk is hand-dyed in small batches by skilled artisans, then block-printed by hand following unique designer-led patterns.

After air drying to let the dye and print set naturally, each scarf is hand-washed and meticulously steamed to perfection.

What Makes Our Scarves Special

The scarves at The Art of Scarves are expressions of culture, care, and creativity. Whether curated or crafted from scratch, each piece embodies the enduring elegance of Indian textiles, made just for you.
